English: Graveyard at Kane, Co. Louth Ancient graveyard restored in late-1990s by the Faughart Historical Properties Preservation Society. There are remnants of the medieval church dedicated to St. John and, on the east side of the graveyard, some walls of the parish pound dating to the 18th century or earlier. Inside the pound is the sealed entrance to a souterrain of the Early Christian period.
