[[en:User:Lansdowneroad]] doesn't exist, and as you mention yourself, you have no problem editing Wikipedia once you disable [[en:Wikipedia:Google Web Accelerator\|Google Web Accelerator]]. This type of block isn't targeted at you or anyone in particular but at the Google service itself.
