:*is closer to the original "Беларусь";
:*gets more google hits than ''an Bhílearúis''.
:While both spellings are undoubtedly correct in Irish (specialized ''Foclóir Tíortha, Ciníocha agus Teangacha'', available through [http://www.focal.ie Focal.ie], lists both spellins as equivalent), taking into consideration the above two points makes me lean towards the existing variant.
